STORYTELLER: “Hello friends! Welcome to Quest, and welcome to Wonder! Clubhouse where we’re going to the Sweet Shop to learn the sweetest news of all – that Jesus loves you! This month we’re exploring the different ways that Jesus showed his love to everybody around him, and why we should too! On the count of three, I want you to shout out the name of someone you love. It could be one of your parents, a grand parent, a friend, or a teacher at school! On the count of three, shout it out! One…Two…Three!

STORYTELLER: “Wow! It sounds like you all love so many people! Well guess what? Jesus loves those people, too! This month, whenever I say ‘Who does Jesus love?’ You’ll say ‘Jesus loves everyone!’ Let’s try that now! ‘Who does Jesus love?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus loves everyone!”

STORYTELLER: “Great job! Jesus loves everyone and that’s something we want to celebrate! We’re going to sing, dance, and thank God for His love. Let’s stand to our feet as we sing!”

SONG: “Friends Forever”

Lead children in singing, “Friends Forever,” with the hand motions.

SONG: “No Matter What”

Lead children in singing, “No Matter What,” with the hand motions.

STORYTELLER: “Thanks for worshipping with me, friends. Before you have a seat, tell me, ‘Who does Jesus love?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus loves everyone!”

STORYTELLER: “That’s right! The Bible shows us over and over that Jesus loves everyone, no matter what they looked like, where they came from, or what they did. In fact, our memory verse tells us that same thing! I’ll say it first, and then we’ll say it together, but when we say it, we’re going to SHOUT it out! Watch me say it first:

“’Love each other (hug self) as I (point up with both fingers) have loved you.’ (point out) John 15:12” (open hands like a book)

STORYTELLER: “Now, let’s SHOUT it out together!”

Every week this month we’re going to give you two wristbands – one for you and one for you to give to a friend. Every week you and your friend come to church, you’ll get a new wristband and the more wristbands you collect, the more prizes you can earn! That’s so exciting!

Make sure you get your wristbands for the START. NOW. eKidz Challenge when your parents come to pick you up later!
