Right now we’re going to head back to our cabins where our camp counselors are going to teach us how we can be leaders who show respect. When I call your camp counselor’s name, you can follow them back to your cabins!”
“Welcome back, campers! I want to take a moment and welcome our VIPs. You’re a VIP if it’s your first time in eKidz and we’re so glad you’re here. Motion, help me welcome our VIPs!

Team Time Setup
“Thanks Motion! You can have a seat because it’s time for me to explain the rules for today’s Team Time game.
(wait for kids to be seated)
Motion, we’ve got a great team game for you to play that’s going to test your accuracy, speed and teamwork. Check this out!”
(refer to the screen)
*One camper from a cabin will be chosen to be at the front of the room holding a bucket on top of their head. The rest of the cabin will stand behind a line and try to toss a foam ball into the bucket. Each cabin will have 10 foam balls and the round ends when all of the foam balls have been thrown. Camp Counselors will count up how many balls are inside the bucket at the end of the round and award 100 points for each ball. The cabin with the most points wins that round. Every round a new camper should be chosen to hold the bucket on their head.*
Team Time Game – Bucket Brains
“Camp time is almost over, but every day at camp we give out awards for campers and teams who have been working hard at camp. Our first award is the Cabin Award, which rewards the Cabin with the highest total score. Cabins earned points based on how many cabin members brought their Bible, how many said their memory verse, and who won the Team Time games.
Motion, give me a drumroll as I get ready to announce the winner of today’s Cabin Award!
The winner is the ______ team! Motion, put your hands together and let’s congratulate the _______ team.
(let the winning team choose a prize from the Bug Bin)
Now, I’m going to award an awesome color-changing bottle to the eGroup counselor who showed the most spirit today. If you think your leader should win this award, I want you to scream as loud as you can on the count of three. One, two, three!
(encourage kids to yell loudly)
Ok, Motion, the Camp Counselor Spirit Award goes to ______ of the ______ team! Everyone, let’s all give counselor ________ a hand!
(initiate applause, give group leaders their prize)
And last, but not least, I want to give an awesome Camp Wannastay award to one kid in particular who showed great leadership throughout the day. At Camp Wannastay, we want to honor kids who act like leaders, just like in the Bible stories we’re learning about. Motion, give a big round of applause to _________!”
(give winning kid their prize)
That’s right, __________ you’ve earned your very own Camp Wannastay color-changing water bottle just in time for the summer! Great job today!”
(give kid a high five, instruct them to have a seat)
Three For Me – Father’s Day
“Now Motion, it’s great to celebrate leaders, but it’s a special weekend that we can celebrate some special men in our lives who love us and care for us. Since it’s Father’s day weekend, it’s a great chance for us to celebrate our fathers, grandfathers, and other great men.
Today, your fathers, grandfathers, or the special men in your life learned three things. Everybody hold up the fingers. Take a second and give three people around you a “high three!”
(give kids a “high three”)
Now Motion, it’s time for me to give you today’s special gift to help you remember to celebrate your dads. Check this out.
(pull out three finger foam hand)
That’s right, you’ll be getting this foam hand on the way out to help you remember these three things. Repeat after me:
Thanks for bringing me to church!
You help me learn about God!
I love you!
After you get your foam fingers on the way out, remember to “high three” your dad and say “Thanks for bringing me today,” “You help me learn about God,” and “I love you!”
Dismissal Activity Setup
“Now campers, before your parents pick you up from Camp Wannastay, we’re going to play a camp favorite – Bingo! Each of you will receive a Bingo board. I’ll be at the front of the stage calling out letters and numbers. If you have the letters and numbers I call out, slide the shutter on your board over the appropriate space. As I call out numbers and letters, we’ll show which ones have been called by putting an “X” over them on the screen.
If you get 5 in a row in any direction, yell out “BINGO!” and a counselor will come around to check out your board. We’ll keep track of which numbers and letters we’ve called on the screen. If you’ve won the round, you’ll get to choose a prize from the Bug Bin! Let’s pass out the boards and chips and we’ll get ready to play Camp Bingo!”
