STORYTELLER: “Hello friends, and welcome to Quest! We’ve learned about some amazing things that Jesus has done, and I know that today we’re going to learn about one more thing Jesus did that was absolutely incredible! Hey friends, did you know that Jesus can do anything? Whenever I ask you this very important question, ‘Who can do anything?’ I want you to say, ‘Jesus can do anything!’ Let’s try it. ‘Who can do anything?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus can do anything!”

STORYTELLER: “Great job! Now it’s time for us to sing, dance, and thank God for everything He’s done. Stand up and sing with me, friends!”

SONG: “Amazing Things”

Lead children in singing, “Amazing Things,” with the hand motions.

SONG: “Always”

Lead children in singing, “Always,” with the hand motions.

STORYTELLER: “Thanks for worshipping with me, friends. Before you have a seat, tell me, ‘Who can do anything?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus can do anything!”

STORYTELLER: “That’s right! The Bible shows us over and over that because Jesus is God’s son, Jesus can do anything! One way we can remember that is by knowing our memory verse. Watch me say our memory verse, and then you’ll repeat it after me.

“With God (point one finger from each hand up) all things (palms up) are possible. (two thumbs up) Matthew 19:26, NIV (open hands like a book)

STORYTELLER: “Now let’s say it together, friends!”

STORYTELLER AND CHILDREN: “‘With God (point one finger from each hand up) all things (palms up) are possible.’ (two thumbs up) Matthew 19:26, NIV” (open hands like a book)

STORYTELLER: “Great job, friends! Now we’re going to say it Let’s say it one more time, but this time we’re going to say it in a VERY high pitched voice. Ready? Let’s do it!”

Say the memory verse with a high pitched voice.

Storyteller and Children: “‘With God (point one finger from each hand up) all things (palms up) are possible.’ (two thumbs up) Matthew 19:26, NIV” (open hands like a book)

STORYTELLER: “Great job everybody! Now remind me, ‘Who can do anything?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus can do anything!”

STORYTELLER: “Yes! That’s the truth, friends! Now let’s check in with Ollie at Wonder! Clubhouse to learn more.”

STORYTELLER: “That was great! I’m so glad we learned that nothing is too hard for Jesus, even turning water into something else like super fancy party drink! That’s incredible!”

STORYTELLER: “Remind me again, ‘Who can do anything?’”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “Jesus can do anything!”

STORYTELLER: “Yes! That’s the truth, friends. We learned today that Jesus can do some pretty amazing things. Let’s pray and thank God for our Bible story today. Everyone bow your heads and close your eyes.”

STORYTELLER: “Dear God, thank You for your son Jesus and the amazing things he did, like transforming water into something else. We know that with you, all things are possible. We love You. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

STORYTELLER: “Great listening today, friends! I hope you had fun at Wonder! Clubhouse! learning all about how Jesus can do anything! Now it’s time for you to go back to your eGroups, but I’ll see you again next time. Bye!”
