‘Be strong (cross left arm over chest) and courageous. (cross both arms over chest) Do not be afraid (roll arms then karate chop) for the Lord (point left finger up) your God (point both fingers up) goes with you. (fists on hips) Deuteronomy 3:16 NIV. STORYTELLER: “Remind me again, ‘Who is always with you?’

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “God is always with me!”

STORYTELLER: “Yes! That’s the truth, super friends. No matter what, happens we know that God will always be with us, and we can be courageous. Let’s pray and thank God for our Bible story today. Everyone bow your heads and close your eyes.”

STORYTELLER: “Dear God, thank You for always being with me. Thank You that we can be strong, just like Rahab in today’s story. We love You. In Jesus’ name, amen.”

STORYTELLER: “Great listening today, super friends! Now before you go, I want you all to take a second and think about your favorite super hero. It could be Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, The Flash, or even a super hero that you made up like Doctor Lightning, or the Night Laser. On the count of three, I want you to yell out the name of your favorite super hero. One, Two, Three!

Encourage children to yell out the name of their favorite super hero.

It seems like you all love super heroes, and that’s why NEXT WEEK I’m asking that all of my super Quest friends come dressed as your favorite super hero! It’s going to be the most super party we’ve had all year!

I hope you had fun at Wonder! Clubhouse! Right now it’s time for you to go back to your eGroups, but I’ll see you again next week for our super hero party! Don’t forget your super costumes! See you soon!
