(give kids a moment to sit down)

Motion, we love worshipping, which is why in just a few weeks we’re going to be releasing our brand new eKidz worship album! Since we’re so excited about it, we wanted to give your family a chance to get excited as well. That’s why we’re holding the Undefeated Lip Sync Challenge where you and your family can earn cool prizes while also getting sneak peak at one of the songs from our new album. Take a look at this video!

(refer to video of Dr. Oldman video, Lip Sync Challenge info slide plays immediately after)

I want to see all of your videos as you and your family participate in this challenge. On the way out, you’re going to get some more information about how you can get started with this challenge and help us celebrate the release of our new eKidz worship album called Undefeated.”

Dismissal to eGroups

(call eGroup leaders’ names and dismiss kids with their leaders)

Game Setup – Memory Dots

“Speaking of having an awesome time, let’s keep the fun going by playing a game that’s going to test your throwing arm and your team’s memory. Check out this video!”

*Kids will line up with their eGroups with a set of 5 different color floor dots in front of them lined up horizontally. The host will show a pattern of floor dots on the screen and kids will have 15 seconds to memorize the pattern from left to right. When the pattern is taken off the screen, kids will then try to toss a bean bag at the targets on the floor in the correct order that was shown on the screen.

eGroup leaders who are monitoring their own team will have a cheat sheet with them to make sure kids are hitting the right color dots and the correct dots are being removed.

The team that removes the correct order of dots the fastest will win that round. The team that wins the most rounds wins the game.*

Memory Verse Review

“Motion, you all did a great job during the game. Please have a seat.

(wait for kids to be seated and settled)

Hey Me is all about remembering what God has done for us and what better way to remember God’s truths than by memorizing scripture? Right now we’re going to work on memorizing our Bible verse together. Take a look at the screen and we’ll say it together.

(lead the kids in saying the memory verse on the screen)

Great job, Motion! Let’s keep practicing our memory verse during this series so we can always remember the good things that God has done for us!”

Remember It! Setup

“Before your parents get here, I want to play a game. Take 10 seconds and circle around your eGroup leader.

(wait for kids to circle around their eGroup leader)

Since today has been about remembering, I want to play one last memory game with you. I’m going to put an image on the screen for 30 seconds. Your eGroup will need to study the image very carefully because I’m going to pull the image down and your eGroup will be asked to remember details about the picture.

We’ll give each team a whiteboard and a marker and your eGroup leader will write the answer on the board and hold it up. We’ll see which eGroup has the best memory and can remember the most!”

Remember It!

Dismissal Activity Setup

“Congratulations to the _________ team for winning our game.

Motion, all throughout Hey Me, we’re going to be working our Bring It! Challenge. We want to reward you if you Bring It, Read It, and Say It, so if you did any of those things, you’ve earned a prize on the way out the door! Take a look at the screen to see what prizes you can earn throughout Hey Me. If you earned a prize today, go ahead and pick out which prize you’re going to pick on the way out.

(while kids are looking at the prize slide, ask two or three kids which prize they’re going to choose and create conversation)

On the way out you’ll also receive more information about the Undefeated Lip Sync Challenge and how you and your family can participate to help us get ready for the release of our new eKidz worship album called Undefeated.

For our last activity, I’ve got a few questions that I’m going to put on the screen and I want you to talk with your eGroup leaders about some questions I’m going to put on the screen. As you’re talking with your leaders, be looking for your parents as they come to pick you up. Take a look at the screen!”
