This week, we learned that Jesus took our punishment for sin when He died on the cross, but three days later, he came back to life! Jesus is alive and wants to have a relationship with each of us.
We can have hope because Jesus is alive! Jesus did something no one else can do and proved that He keeps His promises, no matter how big or impossible they may seem. We can still trust Jesus will always keep His promises to us and no matter what situation we face, we can have hope because Jesus is alive!
Read Isaiah 40:31 together. Challenge each other to see who can memorize it first! At dinner tonight, ask: How can this verse encourage you when you’re facing a tough situation? How can Jesus help you have hope?
