STORYTELLER: “Hello, friends! It’s so good to see you! I’m super excited because this month we’re blasting off into our Bible story and hearing something exciting that God wants to teach us. Count it down with me. Three, two, one, blast off! Way to go! All month long we’re going to be learning our three truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. Whoop! I’m so excited. And, when I ask you this very important question: ‘Who loves you?’ I want you to say, ‘God loves me’! Let’s try it. Who loves you?

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER:God loves me!

STORYTELLER: “Great job! You guys are awesome! Let’s sing our new song!”

Lead children in singing “Never Be Alone,” this month’s worship song.

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER:God loves me!

STORYTELLER: “That’s right! God loves me! In fact, our memory verse tells us that God loves us soooo much that we can’t ever get away from His love. Let’s learn it. Watch me say it and do the motions, and then you can do it with me. ‘Nothing (cross hand over hand) can separate us (link fingers together) from God’s love’ (cross hands over chest), Romans 8:39. (Open your hands like a book.) Let’s try that together.”

CHILDREN AND STORYTELLER: “‘Nothing (cross hand over hand) can separate us (link fingers together) from God’s love’ (cross hands over chest), Romans 8:39. (Open your hands like a book.) (Repeat several times.)

STORYTELLER: “Great job, everyone! Everybody clap your hands! Good job! You’re ready for our next song. Let’s go!”

STORYTELLER: “Great job! Let’s say it loud. One more time. Who loves you?” (Hand to ear.)

STORYTELLER: “It’s true, friends! God loves each and every one of you! Before we go back to eGroup, let’s pray. Everyone bow your head and close your eyes.”

STORYTELLER: “Dear God, thank You for this amazing and true Bible story. Thank You for making everything, but most of all, thank You for making each of us and for loving us the most! We love You, God! Amen.”

STORYTELLER: “Excellent listening today, friends! Now it’s time for you to go back to eGroup to learn more.”

STORYTELLER: “Where is the _________ (color of Quest Animal eGroup, ie: Green Gorilla) eGroup? You can go ahead and line up with your eGroup Leader at the door and go back to eGroup.”
