(Neighbor comes on stage, waving at the children.)

NEIGHBOR: Hi everyone! Welcome to Wonder! Clubhouse. It’s where I like to hang out with my friends in our neighborhood and learn about everything God created. God created   everything we see, and He created YOU and ME!

NEIGHBOR: My name is _________ (your name) and I can’t wait to see what new things we learn about at Wonder! Clubhouse today. We’re going to make discoveries and learn about the world around us and that God made everything. What did God make?

(Allow children to respond – “Everything!”)

NEIGHBOR: That’s right! God made the world and everything in it – the sun, moon, stars,  planets, clouds, rain, oceans, animals, flowers, you, me … everything!

NEIGHBOR: Today we are going to learn about what God made on day five of creation. Everyone hold up five fingers!

(Allow children to hold up five fingers.)

NEIGHBOR: On day five, God created the fish and birds! He created fish and other water creatures to swim in the sea, and He created all of the beautiful birds to fly in the air. God is so amazing! Repeat what we are learning about today:

God made (point up)
(Allow time for children to repeat.)
fish (put hands together and move forward)
(Allow time for children to repeat.)
and birds! (flap arms)
(Allow time for children to repeat.)

NEIGHBOR: Great job, everyone! Let’s all stand up and sing a song about ALL the wonderful things God created in seven days. Sing with me, friends!

SLIDE: WCLU Campus Screen Graphic

NEIGHBOR: That was so much fun! I love singing about all the things God created in (use your fingers to count) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days! Everyone can jump up high then sit back down criss cross applesauce!

(Allow children to jump up high and then encourage them to sit down criss cross applesauce.)

NEIGHBOR: During All Aboard, we’ve been learning about creation! God created everything, from the smallest ant crawling around to the biggest elephant you’ve ever seen! And this Bible verse tells us how God made everything, including the world we live in. It says:

You (point up)
made (fist on top of fist)
the world (form a circle with arms over head)
and everything in it. (spread arms wide)
Psalm 89:11 (open hands like a book)

NEIGHBOR: Not only did God make the world, He made everything in it! If God made everything, did God make the fish and birds, too?

(Allow children to answer, “Yes!”)

NEIGHBOR: He sure did! We are learning this Bible verse together so we can remember God created everything! Say it with me, friends. And don’t forget the hand motions!

You (point up)
made (fist on top of fist)
the world (form a circle with arms over head)
and everything in it. (spread arms wide)
Psalm 89:11 (open hands like a book)

NEIGHBOR: Way to go! You’re doing a great job learning this Bible verse. Everyone turn to a friend sitting next to you and say, “Thank you God for our world!”

(Allow children to turn to each other and say, “Thank you God for our world!”)

NEIGHBOR: Let’s learn more about our world and head to Wonder! Clubhouse to check in with our neighbors. We’re going to have so much fun with our friends. Let’s go!

Remember, Think, Follow [1:45]

SLIDE: WCLU Campus Screen Graphic

NEIGHBOR: That was so much fun! I love seeing all of our Quest friends worshiping God    together. Everyone spin in a circle and then sit down criss cross applesauce!

(Allow children to spin in a circle and encourage them to sit down.)

NEIGHBOR: Now it’s time for us to remember (hold hands like a book) our Bible story, think (point to head) about the good things from our story, and follow (march in place) the example set by the people in the Bible story.

NEIGHBOR: In order to remember what was in our Bible story today, we need to be quiet and listen. Can we think about what we learned in our Bible story if we are talking to our friends?

(Allow children to say, “No!”)

NEIGHBOR: That’s right! In order to remember our Bible story, we also need to sit down criss cross applause! Can we think about what we learned in our Bible story if we are standing up and running around the room?

(Allow children to say, “No!”)

NEIGHBOR: You got it! I know we can remember, think, and follow the example in our Bible story by following these rules!

NEIGHBOR: Now that all of our friends are ready, let’s remember, think, and follow!

SLIDE: WCAA Remember WK6

NEIGHBOR: First let’s REMEMBER (hold hands like a book) … What did God create in today’s Bible story?

(Allow time for children to answer – “Fish and birds.”)

NEIGHBOR: He sure did!

SLIDE: WCAA Think WK6

NEIGHBOR: Now, let’s THINK (point to head) about our Bible story. Did  God create fish and birds on day THREE or day FIVE?

(Allow time for children to answer – “Day five!”)

NEIGHBOR: Yes, day five! Way to go!

SLIDE: WCAA Follow WK6

NEIGHBOR: Now, let’s say how can we FOLLOW (march in place) the example set in our Bible story. Because God made everything, we should thank Him for what He’s created. What will you thank God for today that He created on day five?

(Allow time for children to answer – “Fish and birds!”)

NEIGHBOR: That’s right! We can thank God for ALL the things He created, especially the fish and birds He created on day five!

SLIDE: WCLU Campus Screen Graphic

NEIGHBOR: Our world is made up of so many wonderful and exciting things! And God made it all! God made the sun, moon, stars, planets, clouds, rain, oceans, animals, flowers – and even YOU and ME!

NEIGHBOR: This week remember to thank God for all the things He created! Give me a thumbs up if you’re going to meet me back here at Wonder! Clubhouse next week in Quest.

(Allow children to give a thumbs up.)

NEIGHBOR: Great! (Respond by giving a thumbs up to the children.) I can’t wait to see you next week. Bye, neighbors!
