This new season, “Superhero Showdown,” aims to change all that.

Dex and River travel to Kryptos, a planet in the future where they develop amazing super powers, like awesome strength, the ability to fly, and even… super smell? Things get a little one-sided when Dex transforms into “Super Dude” and River gets stuck with a talent for sniffing out danger. But when an evil robot named Disastro demands to be given a Portal Star, Dex will have to choose between the temptation of his new status or using his powers to serve others. His decisions and River’s insights will also help us see how to wisely use the talents God has given us, why we should serve others, and the importance of God’s plan for us to be in community.

This is a story your whole family can enjoy, and one that you as a parent can be confident will entertain AND educate your kids. They’ll listen as Dex and River are faced with exciting situations that require wise decisions, see how selfish choices can lead to lonely outcomes, and gain understanding about how living with godly values really does lead to a full life.
