The most important part of the Easter story is Jesus’ part in the story! As terrible as the day of Jesus’ death was, it had to happen. Because without it, Jesus wouldn’t have paid for every person’s sins or overcome the power of death when He rose again!

The best part about Jesus’ Easter story isn’t that He died. The best part is that He came back to life! He showed that not even death could win against God’s amazing love. 

His death was a pre-planned act of God’s love and sacrifice. Through Jesus, we receive forgiveness for our sins and new life when we ask Him to be our Savior!

Easter is a wonderful time to celebrate family, create memories, and build on traditions. Try one of these fun ways to celebrate: Plant an Easter garden, have a family egg relay/hunt, or gather around the table and share stories about what Easter means to you and why.
