I hope that you’re enjoying time with the people you love.
I’m praying that God will use this time with your families to help you remember the things you’re all thankful for. Take a few moments to intentionally build in time to give God the praise He deserves for the blessings He’s given you.
To get you started, here are some Scripture ideas centered on being thankful that you can read with your family:
Psalm 100:4-5 – Psalm 103:1-5 – Philippians 4:4-7
I’d encourage you to pull your family and friends together, read one of these Scriptures and then have every person pray a simple prayer that begins like this, “God, thank you…”
As we take this opportunity to remember God’s faithfulness to our families I believe we set ourselves up to receive His future blessings.
I also wanted to make sure you know what’s coming up in December in eKidz. For example in Motion, we are teaching the kids about obedience through a fun, Christmas themed series called An Oldman Family Christmas. Check out this preview.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving Holiday. Don’t spend too much money tomorrow morning! We’ll see you this weekend.
