Finders VI Email Header

COOPERATION: Working together to do more than you can do alone.
Series Memory Verse: “Two people are better than one. They can help each other in everything they do.” Ecclesiastes 4:9 (NIrV)
Main Point: We can work together to point others to Jesus.
Bible Story: The Early Church Helps Each Other | Acts 2:42-47; John 13:35

When a mysterious and elusive astronaut begins scaring away all the kids at Camp Jupiter, the camp is forced to consider immediate shutdown. Mr. Stone, the camp director, turns to the Finders for help.

In Episode 3 we watched as Caleb and Alex were looking to unravel the mysteries hidden throughout Camp Jupiter, but while they were trying to discover what the camp counselor’s daughter was working on, they seem to have gotten themselves into some trouble. Will The Finders be able to cooperate with Ava and the Camp Jupiter staff to find the truth about the alien invasion?

Finders VI: The Case of Camp Jupiter | Episode 4 from Elevation Church eKidz on Vimeo.

During eGroup time we dug into God’s Word to see a great example of cooperation from the Bible. Jesus told His disciples the best way they could share His love was to do whatever it took to show love to others. That still applies to us today! When we show love to others, they can see Jesus’ love through us. It’s definitely possible to do this on our own, but our impact can be so much greater when we work together!

The Finders Bring It! Challenge
We want kids to Bring It! to church. The Bring It! Challenge encourages Motion kids to bring themselves, their Bible, and scripture they’ve learned to Motion. Not only can kids be rewarded for bringing it, but the Bring It! Challenge is a fun way to grow and learn more about God and how He wants us to live.

During Finders VI: The Case of Camp Jupiter, kids can earn an awesome Finders trading card each week by:

  • FINDING Ecclesiastes 4:9 in their Bible.
  • RECITING Ecclesiastes 4:9 from memory.
  • SAYING the series virtue, COOPERATION, from memory. (COOPERATION: Working together to do more than you can do alone.)

Kids can receive prizes for collecting two different combinations of trading cards:
