Kids are bombarded with so many deceitful messages about who they are and who they should be. They can only know the truth about who they were created to be by listening to God’s voice and by choosing to believe what He says about their identity in Him. God loves and values each of them, and He wants them to reflect His character to others, too!
This week, we tuned into the Loop Show, and took a look at Ephesians 1:4, to learn that the labels the world gives us are meaningless and the only opinion that matters is God’s. He took away all of our labels and has replaced them with being made in His image, called His valuable child.
At bedtime this week, read Ephesians 1:4 and pray together. Pray your child would realize the labels the world gives them are meaningless and they’d always remember who God says they are — bright, upgraded, valuable, and invited.
