MONTHLY FOCUS: I can go God’s way.
MEMORY VERSE: “Teach me Your way, O Lord.” Psalm 27:11a (NASB)
BIBLE STORY: Jonah and the Big Fish I Jonah 1:1 – 3:10

This week we sang a song to remind us that we can go God’s way. Sing the song with your toddler at home!

I can go God’s way! (to the tune of “If You’re Happy and You Know It”)

I can go God’s way, yes I can! (clap, clap)
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (clap, clap)
When I want to know God’s way,
I’ll see what the Bible will say.
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (clap, clap)

I can go God’s way, yes I can! (stomp, stomp)
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (stomp, stomp)
When I want to know God’s way,
I’ll see what the Bible will say.
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (stomp, stomp)

I can go God’s way, yes I can! (Say, “Hooray!”)
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (Say, “Hooray!”)
When I want to know God’s way,
I’ll see what the Bible will say.
I can go God’s way, yes I can! (Say, “Hooray!”)

You can put all three together for a fourth verse. (clap, clap, stomp, stomp, “Hooray!”)

Repeat a few times, or as long as your toddler is interested. After the activity, say, “You did a wonderful job singing! Who can go God’s way?” Encourage your toddler to say, “I can go God’s way!”
