BIBLE STORY: Jesus and the Children I Luke 18:15-17

This week during the worship experience we used red masking tape to make a large heart shape on the floor.

Make a heart on your floor then, say to your toddler, “Let’s play a fun game. Come sit with me on the floor.” Gather your toddler to sit on the floor around the outside of the heart.

Say, “See this heart? Can you stand inside the heart?” As your toddler stands in the heart say, “[insert child’s name], is standing in the heart. Yay! Jesus loves [insert child’s name]. Yes, Jesus loves you very much.”

Take turns standing in the heart with your toddler. Encourage your toddler to say, “Jesus loves us” with you.
