During the worship experience this weekend, we sang a song to remind us that Jesus loves everyone. Sing the song with your toddler at home!

Jesus Loves Me (to the tune of “Happy Birthday”)

I know Jesus loves you. (point to friend)
I know Jesus loves me. (point to self)
I know Jesus loves everyone.
So let’s shout “hooray!”

Continue the activity, but sing your toddler’s name each time. Encourage your toddler to jump up and down when you sing his or her name.

I know Jesus loves (toddler’s name).
I know Jesus loves (toddler’s name).
I know Jesus loves everyone.
So let’s shout “hooray!”

Repeat a few times, or as long as your toddler is interested. Say, “Great job singing! Remember, Jesus loves you, me, and everyone we meet. He loves everyone, and we can, too! We can love everyone, just like Jesus does. Who loves everyone?” Encourage your toddler to say, “Jesus loves everyone!”
