This week we sang a song to remind us that God is our helper. Sing the song with your toddler at home!

God Helps Me (to the tune of “Mary Had a Little Lamb”)

He helps me every day.

Continue the activity, but sing your toddler’s name each time.

God helps (toddler’s name), oh yes, He does,
Yes, He does. Yes, He does.
God helps (toddler’s name), oh
yes, He does.
He helps (toddler’s name) every day.

Repeat a few times, or as long as your toddler is interested. Say, “Great job singing! Who helps me?” Encourage your toddler to say, “God helps me!”
