Telescope Activity [Craft Activity]

This week during the worship experience we made a telescope to help us remember that we need Jesus and others need Jesus too!

We made the telescope out of a cardboard roll. We placed a “__________ needs Jesus” sticker on each cardboard roll and used the telescope to see our friends who need Jesus too.

Gather your toddler and look through the telescope at your child. Say, “I see [child’s name]. [Child’s name] needs Jesus.” Spy other people in the room and tell them that they need Jesus, encourage your toddler/child to say it with you. Give the telescope to your child and let them spy people who need Jesus too.

Encourage your toddler to say, “Jesus is there when I need Him.”
