QUEST
3 YEARS – KINDERGARTEN
This weekend, we learned “The angels tell about Jesus.” The angels sang and shouted the good news of Jesus’ birth, but they didn’t start by sharing the news with the most important people on earth; they went straight to the lowliest shepherds to tell them the Savior was born. We can tell everyone we know about Jesus, too! Check out this week’s curriculum recap here.
Question 1: Who told the shepherds the good news that Jesus had been born? (angels)
Question 2: Did the shepherds hurry to tell everyone about Jesus, or just one person? (everyone)
Question 3: Who can you tell about Jesus? (e.g., a friend, family member, cashier at the grocery store, waiter/waitress at a restaurant, etc.)
MOTION
1ST – 5TH GRADE
This weekend, we learned about God’s great love for us. God’s love is unconditional, and it’s for everyone. By sending Jesus to save us even though we could never deserve that gift, God showed us how much He loves us. Check out this week’s curriculum recap here.
Question 1: Name three people who love you. How do you know they love you?
Question 2: God’s love is unconditional. What does that mean to you? (e.g., He loves you no matter what, His love never changes, He will never stop loving us for any reason, etc.)
Question 3: Who do you know who needs to hear about how much God loves them? When can you tell them?
