This month we are learning, that we’re created in God’s image. God sent Jesus to show us the best way to be human. But God knew we’d need help. That’s why God sent us the Holy Spirit. With the power of the Spirit, we can produce fruit that points others to Jesus. Every week, kids discover something about God’s character and how they can reflect or respond to that
character because they are created in God’s image.

- Week 1: Show kindness to everyone.
- Week 2: Show God’s goodness to others.
- Week 3: Be faithful so others can count on you.
- Week 4: God can give you the strength to be gentle.
- Week 5: God gives you the power to have self-control.
This month, we’re continuing to make waves! Just like how a tiny splash of water can make a wave, our smallest actions can make a big difference in the world around us! All it takes is one act of kindness (or goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, etc.) to set off a chain reaction of good deeds. But we don’t have to make waves alone — our friend Jesus is always with us, and can help us do everything!

We’re Learning… I can help others.
Bible Story: The Good Samaritan ● Luke 10:25-37
This month we’re learning, “I can help others.” We’ll read “The Good Samaritan” in Luke 10:25-37. One day, some bad people hurt a man while he was traveling and left him on the side of the road. Two people passed by the man, but the third, the Good Samaritan, stopped to help him. There are so many people around us who we can help every day, and we can always put others first and look for ways to help!
