This month we are learning, courage isn’t the absence of fear, but rather the understanding that no matter what, God will always be beside us. When we trust that God will be beside us, we can have confidence that He’ll be there, even in uncertain or uncomfortable times.

This month, we’re learning everyone can be friends with Jesus and follow Him — no matter how young or old you are, where you live, or the language you speak. There are no special requirements to be friends with Jesus. Everyone can put on their shoes and follow Jesus because everyone can be friends with Him!

We’re Learning… I can follow Jesus.
Bible Story: Jesus and His Friends ● Matthew 4:18-22
This month, we are learning, “I can follow Jesus.“ We will learn the story “Jesus and His Friends” in Matthew 4:18-22. Jesus began to tell a lot of people about God, so He asked a group of fishermen to leave their boats and follow Him. There were twelve men who left their jobs to follow Jesus and to be His helpers. We can follow Jesus, too!
