Being different is okay because we belong together. ● Romans 12:4-5
As a family, discuss a few questions together after your child watches this week’s Motion episode.
Question #1: What stood out to you the most from today? What’s one thing you learned?
Question #2: Read Romans 12:4-5. Why do you think God made us different? What does this verse teach us about why God made us different?
Question #3: What might cause people to run from being different or not want to be different from others? How can you help others feel grateful for their differences?
Learn more about how being different is okay: Read Psalm 139:13-14 and 1 Corinthians 12:27.
Read the Bible — by yourself and with others. Try different translations. Set aside a special, quiet time to dive in.
Ask questions to help you understand — who’s the author, who are they writing to, and how does this part of the Bible point me toward Jesus?
Yak and share about what you’re learning and what God is showing you, especially with friends who don’t have a relationship with Jesus or want to learn more about Him.
