God has a plan to show love to the world. ● Genesis 12:1-9, 15:1-6
As a family, discuss a few questions together after your child watches this week’s Motion episode.
Question #1: When is a time you made a plan? What was it?
Question #2: How does it make you feel to know God has a plan for you and a plan to show love to the world?
Question #3: Read Genesis 15:5. God had a great plan for Abram, and He has a plan to show love to the world through Abram’s family! How can we be part of that plan?
Question #4: God also has a plan for us! We may not always know “the plan,” but we know God is good. What are some ways we can learn about God’s plan for us?
Read the Bible — by yourself and with others. Try different translations. Set aside a special, quiet time to dive in.
Ask questions to help you understand — who’s the author, who are they writing to, and how does this part of the Bible point you toward Jesus?
Yak — share about what you’re learning and what God is showing you, especially with friends who don’t have a relationship with Jesus or want to learn more about Him.
