After reading the Bible story, complete the activity together:
Coloring Activity:
Supplies Needed: coloring page, crayons
- Before the activity, print the coloring page. Then set the crayons out for your toddler.
- Say, “Let’s color this picture to help us remember God gave us Jesus!”
- Give your toddler the coloring page and encourage them to color it.
- After your toddler has finished coloring, ask the following questions:
- “Who is the baby in the picture?” (Jesus)
- “Who gave us Jesus?” (God)
- Say, “Great job! This picture will help us remember God loves us, and He gave us Jesus! Who gave us Jesus?” Encourage your toddler to say, “God gave us Jesus!”
